About Your Home Inspector

I am Robert Lamm, Owner/Home Inspector of High Caliber Home Inspections. I live with my wife and twin children near Hammocks Beach State Park. Though originally from the Southern Oregon coast, my family and I are thrilled to call this place and Onslow county our home as we love what this area offers. We enjoy days at the beach and camping in the beautiful forests surrounding us.

I am determined to offer you a thorough home inspection and report with the skills I have developed over the past several decades. I am armed with extensive training from the Gregory Enterprises’ Home Inspection Training Center, experience in home improvement and skills I have obtained through a Marine Corps career.

I am intimately familiar with the home-buying process and stresses that come along with it. Having purchased, sold, and rented out multiple homes, I understand this process can be overwhelming. I will calmly guide you through the home inspection process and teach you how your home functions.
